A day in paradise. Post author:Dominic Post published:December 7, 2019 Post category:Uncategorized Post comments:0 Comments Random snaps taken from a morning onward for me here in Kerala, India 🤗🇮🇳, truly “God’s own Country” a hidden treasure. There surely is divine energy in the land, people and activities which comprises ones daily life☯️ I have never been somewhere else where my creativity, soars with an effortless-effective and highly efficient flow which springs forth so abundantly💎🌋 When we achieve and sustain balance🤸🏻♂️, attain harmony🎶, within ourselves🧘🏻♂️ and the outside world🌴; it is then, we are able to clearly hear our inner voice which guides us to our true path🕉 Meditation becomes not only an activity which is one part of our day, but it becomes most of what we do with our day, interwoven among our activity. We may achieve flow state and a harmonious vibration in most of our waking hours. It is in this state, where external stressors and distractions begin to fade away, growing duller, evermore insignificant. That which does not resonate with the vibration we desire to maintain vanishes becomes more of a feature of memory than part of our sensory present moment. There is no perfect, an illusion for sure, but I understand now that it takes disconnecting, coming somewhere completely new, taking the time to reflect on from where you came to achieve and sustain this appreciation💆🏻♂️🧎🏻♂️Once you achieve this balance in yourself and an appropriate perspective, you may take it with you wherever you choose, but surely your your new choices will be worlds apart. #gurugint #ayurvedalifestyle #yogatribe #yogientrepreneur #resetventures #goldenmilk Golden Milk You Might Also Like Teacher.
