Warrior Soul

Rainy day flow, thoughts on battle, warriors⚔️ and competition: In my teens & college before boxing matches🥊 I would genuflect🧎🏻‍♂️, & make the sign of the cross, in the corner of the ring prior to the bell🛎⚡️🦁Often getting a few jeers or silly reactions from a few enlightened fellas 😂in the stands🤷🏻‍♂️as a teen this bothered/angered me. I had faith then, different for sure, and so minor to what I posses now🙏🏽🕉Still so many questions, much too much fear, despite my bravado. 🤓It was an immature understanding and formed too much by what I had been told, taught and instructed. Lacking the perspective and life personal experiences, linked to an intentional corresponding introspection. For my path of personal evolution, I needed my metal tested by life, not just by fists…both those covered and often uncovered😋by leather😂I needed to learn lessons to questions I did not know how to ask, those which I could not begin to put into words, anthologies worth of text. My time in business and the Yoga, Kalari🥋& meditation helped me to look back and begin to complete the picture🧙🏽‍♂️It is the warrior who kneels to something greater who is to the most formidable. Those with the confidence, wisdom and grace to walk away from a battle that is not theirs, no insecurity requiring them to test their ability👨🏻‍🏫The fortitude derived from knowing they will never bend their knee to someone claiming to be their superior, better or their ruler. It is the nihilistic, mentally weak who seeks out battle, requires competition to evaluate their worth. For it is the most powerful who attain it and draw strength through seeking peace, thereby attaining grace✨They may be forced into battle, with the knowledge they will then never relent nor surrender, death may befall them, but they are never to be conquered🙏🏽🕉🕉🕉 These were my thoughts as I exited #anjanayasana today, a wry blissful smile coming to my lips and then receding far away, along with all thought✨🕊🧘🏻‍♂️🕊✨ #gurugint #kneelingwarrior #bestyogapose #entreprenuertraining
